Senior Lead Product Management
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and execution for ZAIDYN Content end-to-end - from discovery through high-quality, on-time releases - and drive measurable adoption. This is a hands-on execution role.
You will own a 12-month roadmap of modules and features grounded in Pain / Persona (who), size of the prize (why), and a well-informed point of view on differentiation and economies of scale.
ZAIDYN Content is ZS's agentic content intelligence product line for Pharma and Life Sciences. It helps regulated teams create, assemble, and review compliant content faster by combining agentic AI with deep domain workflows and enterprise-grade governance. Key capabilities include Agentic MLR (medical, legal, regulatory) acceleration - automated guideline checks, similarity scoring, version comparison, and evidence/reference validation - as well as agentic, compliant content generation for promotional and regulatory documents integrated into clients' content supply chains (e.g., Veeva Vault PromoMats and other enterprise content management tools).
The ideal candidate has built enterprise SaaS products, has strong fluency in modern AI/LLM concepts (including agentic workflows and evaluation), and can translate complex technical and compliance constraints into clear requirements, simple experiences, and delivery plans. Experience with Pharma content operations and MLR review and/or deep ecosystem knowledge (e.g., Veeva Vault PromoMats, DAMs, Adobe Workfront) is highly valued.
What You'll Do
Product Management
- Run a structured intake process across voice-of-customer inputs; perform feature discovery and definition
- Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap in the ZAIDYN Product Management tool
- Balance business value and technical investment based on product stage and strategy
- Define configuration frameworks that enable standardization across implementations
- Develop Personas and Jobs to Be Done with measurable outcomes
- Document PRDs, Epics, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria
Product Operations
- Run sprints with one or two product squads; maintain a 2-sprint dev-ready backlog
- Measure product metrics across adoption and client win/loss
- Establish operating rhythms: quarterly planning, stakeholder reviews, research cadence, release retros, and KPI reporting
- Build a culture of outcome-driven delivery and continuous learning across product, engineering, and deployment teams
Product Communications
- Manage client and stakeholder communication from requirements through defect, hotfix, and prioritization discussions
- Partner with the content team on product collateral and release communications
- Work with GTM teams to drive rollout, enablement, and adoption
Product Strategy
- Influence product strategy through feedback, usage data, and market learnings
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years delivering enterprise SaaS products with complex workflows and integrations
- Demonstrated success shipping the right product on time and delivering roadmap outcomes for B2B products in regulated or risk-sensitive environments
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills - able to synthesize input across stakeholders, write a one-line description, a one-pager, and present a concept live with a clear narrative
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered products, including agentic workflows, prompt and tool orchestration, evaluation and monitoring, and safety guardrails
- Experience working with cross-functional teams - Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Security/Privacy, and client-facing deployment - to ship production software
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with high ownership; strong judgment and prioritization skills
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, enterprise security (RBAC, SSO), and compliance and audit requirements
- Experience with enterprise content ecosystems and integrations (e.g., Veeva Vault PromoMats, DAM/CCMS, Adobe Workfront) or comparable platforms
- S./M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
- Fluency in English
- Client-first mentality
