Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a Senior Lead Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our Executive Fleet team in San Antonio, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ability to work and take initiative to resolve constraints that arise daily
- Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams
- Conduct research to obtain constraint knowledge including parts and engineering details to track, status and resolve constraints
- Lead, schedule and train program personnel to utilize Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) system for constraint management
- Investigate and research future schedule to proactively identify constraints and attend line by line review meetings to provide inputs that align with SAT tool
- Attend and/or lead Tier meetings
- Creating and presenting innovative project proposals to Senior Leadership
- Assist mechanics with specs and DWG understanding
- Assist shop with procurement and/or modification of identified tools
- Work with less knowledgeable mechanics and team mates to coach on processes and build knowledge and skills
- Assist with closure of quality corrective actions (IQDS) items and investigation of root cause and solutions
- Foster the values of seek, speak and listen to communicate emotional intelligence and with customer service mentality
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft manufacturing maintenance and/or modification
- 5+ years of experience using strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of experience accessing aircraft data via computer systems to view technical data
- 5+ years of experience with PowerPoint and creating presentations
- 5+ years of experience with Excel manipulating data and formulas
- Ability to work variable shifts including weekends, holidays and overtime
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience using GOLD and I-GOLD, Vipers, NCM (Non-Conformance System), Ship Side Action Tracker or similar software applications
- Leadership Experience
- Project Management Experience
- Previous Line Side Control Center experience
- Experience with depot level/ modification maintenance
