The Role

We're looking for a Field Marketing professional to join our team and lead the charge in developing and executing innovative marketing programs that fuel awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic alliances.
In this role, you’ll drive field marketing initiatives, working hand-in-hand with sales, alliances, and marketing teams to craft strategies that not only align with our business objectives but also strengthen our alliance relationships. You'll have the opportunity to develop comprehensive field marketing plans, collaborating closely with our valued partners to maximize joint value propositions and create compelling narratives that set us apart in the market.
With your finger on the pulse of industry trends, you'll conduct thorough market research to uncover key opportunities for alliance-driven marketing activities, leveraging your creativity to develop compelling content that showcases the power of our partnerships. From collateral to presentations, case studies, and success stories, your passion for storytelling will captivate audiences and drive home the value of our joint solutions.
You'll be responsible for building the high level value proposition and messaging according with sales play, prioritizing offerings and solutions based on an in depth understanding of the target audience, building a strategy to reach them in the most efficient way. You'll collaborate with other teams and disciplines to deliver a client focused experience - building the best journey to reach our audience and tactics for engagement with the most relevant and compelling story, work with Alliances Marketing to define the Go to Market and progression strategy and connect sales team and pratices with our marketing tactics and follow on opportunities.
As a true brand ambassador, you'll represent Kyndryl and our alliance partners with pride, ensuring consistency in messaging, positioning, and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing activities. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be key as you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of joint marketing programs. You'll track and measure the effectiveness of our alliance marketing programs, constantly refining our approach to drive even greater results.

Who You Are

We are looking for a skilled regional marketing specialist to extend our Brazil marketing team.This position requires a professional client focused, finding the best audience segment to target, the roles within that segment and enough about their characteristics to empathetically connect with a unique value proposition to improve our customer base and convert new logo. You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.
Required Skills and Experience
•Bachelor's degree in marketing
•In-depth understanding of alliance partnerships and the ability to develop and execute joint marketing strategies
•Previous experience working in marketing B2B
•Knowledge of ABM methodology and MDFs

•Metric driven

•Advanced oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese

•Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo/SP


Preferred Skills and Experience


•Bachelor’s Business Administration or Marketing
•Previously experience in IT industry

•Copywriting skills

•Digital Eminence knowledge

•Advanced Spanish
