ROLE PROFILE:

We are seeking a Senior Lead DevOps Engineer to join our Customers Identity & Access Management team at LSEG. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving the infrastructure behind our mission-critical components that underpins hundreds of LSEG products for customers worldwide.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of the transformation journey of a traditional IT management to DevOps SRE Culture with a direct impact on the infrastructure of financial services used globally.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and take ownership of infrastructure for a custom-built service deployed in AWS.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure delivery of software.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform.
• Ensure observability and reliability through sophisticated monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployment strategies, performance tuning, and incident response.
• Drive automation across environments, reducing manual effort and increasing system consistency.
• Champion security best practices in cloud infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, with deep expertise in AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code, CI/CD tooling, and automation frameworks.
• Experience supporting microservices, serverless in production environments.
• Mastery of Linux systems, networking, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with observability platform.
• Passion for automation, resilient design, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for developer experience and security.
