We are seeking Consultants with excellent knowledge in SAP CRM (Technical & Functional) areas who have worked on SAP implementations and support projects.
Requirements
Responsibility
- Experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud.
- SAP CRM technical experience in SAP CRM Sales, Service and Interaction Center.
- SAP CRM technical experience in SAP CRM One Order framework, Business Partner,
Actions, External List Management (ELM), Transaction Launcher, data conversions using
parallel processing technique, BADI.
- Experience in SAP CRM Web UI.
- Experience in SAP CRM contract management process framework with SAP IS-U.
- SAP IS-U technical experience in BPEM case, service order and device management.
- Experience in SAP CRM Sales and order management (provider order and contract
management) as part of SAP Hybris Billing Context.
- Experience in SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer for Sales.
- SAP CRM technical experience SAP CRM 5.2, SAP CRM 6.0, SAP CRM 7.0, SAP CRM 7.0
EHP1 and EHP3.
- Experience in data exchange between SAP CRM and SAP R/3.
- Experience in SAP BSP applications – Model View Controller (MVC).
- Experience in SAP Content Management, SAP shared service Framework.
- Experience in ABAP reports, smart forms, BAPI, BADI, enhancements in SAP ECC (SD). Experience as Technical Lead, onsite/offsite coordinator and experience in object
estimations.
Experience and Desired Skill
- Engineering Degree / MCA with 4 - 8 years of consulting experience in SAP CRM besides core experience of working with
established corporate /industry/consulting firms.
- Good knowledge and vast work experience on technical aspects of SAP CRM, SAP Utilities
and ABAP
- Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification in the Core area will be an advantage
- Ability to work well as an individual and also with the team.
- Should be ready to travel on short term visits to US.
- Should be flexible with the work timings.
- Experience in ISU Industry will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- 4-8 years consulting experience in SAP CRM (Engineering Degree/MCA)
- Experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud
- SAP CRM technical experience in Sales, Service, and Interaction Center
