The Senior Lawyer – Contract Management will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts across multiple operating companies within the group. This role requires a lawyer who is adept at managing high contract volumes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and legal standards, and providing practical, business-oriented legal advice to support operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Experience in the infrastructure or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts (e.g., procurement, construction, consultancy, supply, service agreements, NDAs, and JV agreements).
Manage contract workflows efficiently to handle high volumes and competing deadlines across several operating companies.
Provide legal guidance and support to business units on contract-related matters, risk mitigation, and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (procurement, finance, operations, and management teams) to ensure contract terms align with company objectives.
Maintain and update the contract management system to ensure proper documentation, tracking, and renewal alerts.
Assist in developing and implementing contract templates, standard terms, and best practices to streamline processes.
Support due diligence and legal reviews for corporate transactions, as needed.
Liaise with external counsel on specialized matters or complex agreements when necessary.
Bachelor’s Degree in Law; must be a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
At least 7 years of post-bar experience in contract management, corporate law, or commercial legal practice.
Proven experience handling high-volume contracts and working across multiple entities or operating companies.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Experience in the infrastructure, construction, or energy industry is an advantage but not required.
Willing to report onsite daily
