Operating with substantial autonomy, you will identify cross-functional risks, assess trade-offs, and drive mitigation strategies to safeguard launch timelines, ensure patient access, and achieve business outcomes. Your contributions will influence launch decisions, uphold launch standards consistently, and enhance launch excellence capabilities. • Ensure launch supply strategies support initial market entry and sustainable lifecycle supply.
  • Synthesize complex launch scenarios into concise insights for leadership decisions.
  • Proactively identify launch risks across multiple domains and develop mitigation plans.
  • Contribute to the refinement of launch standards, tools, and best practices within Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Capture lessons learned from launches and translate them into improved processes.
  • Develop supply plans for pre-approval patient access and managed access programs.
  • Coordinate end-of-lifecycle product activities and support transitions while documenting lessons learned.

Who You Are:

You are a strategic thinker who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and operate autonomously empowers you to influence senior stakeholders effectively. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to distill complex scenarios into actionable insights.
