{ your_responsibilities: [- Deliver complex backend features end-to-end with minimal supervision, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
- Mentor and support other developers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing to boost team capability.
- Take ownership of core functions or domain areas within the team and expand influence across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve team processes, including code quality, testing, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and fellow engineers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- Serve as a technical expert and informal leader, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence.

- Strong proficiency in the Java/JVM ecosystem.
- Clear motivation to learn and adopt Kotlin as a primary language, with motivation to grow into it quickly.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex backend solutions simply and effectively.
- Solid understanding of performance, security, and maintainability best practices.
- Experience across full software development lifecycle and CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrated willingness to mentor and support team members.
- Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and pragmatic problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Postgres, Kafka, REST APIs, and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus is a plus.
