The Role

Overview:

Build and foster strategic client relationships & engagements in life science sector, driving revenue growth through identifying added value solutions to our clients through the effective use of IQVIA's offerings. Operate in accordance with management guidance while developing expert knowledge and skills to excel in assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a profound understanding of your assigned key accounts' businesses, objectives, and pain points.
  • Proactively leverage your in-depth life sciences industry knowledge and IQVIA capabilities to identify and deliver tailored solutions addressing complex business issues and building long-term partnerships.
  • Establish strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers within your accounts, aligning their needs with IQVIA's capabilities.
  • Manage and expand existing business, negotiating renewals, subscriptions, and upselling opportunities.
  • Actively monitor client satisfaction with deliverables and partner with project leads and client service management to guarantee exceptional customer experience.
  • Anticipate industry trends and competitor strategies, proactively positioning IQVIA solutions for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including local, regional, and global collogues to unlock high value opportunities and maximize revenue potential.
  • Monitor and proactively address client satisfaction concerns, ensuring exceptional experiences and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life science education (required)
  • Three years of relevant sales or account management experience in life science, pharmaceutical, consumer health, medical devices, or consultancy services (required)
  • Proven track record of achievement and building strong client relationships (required)
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal (required)
  • Understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape (preferred)
  • Fluent English communication (required)
