Senior Java Developer (Microservices and Cloud Computing)

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Java Lead to join our team. This role is central to leading a team of Java developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that drive business success and innovation. The Java Lead will design and implement scalable Java solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute significantly to Synechron's strategic objectives.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Extensive knowledge of Java programming, preferably Java SE 11 or later.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Preferred:

  • Familiarity with advanced Java frameworks and libraries, such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and systems.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient Java solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive innovation.
• Mentor and guide team members in best practices and professional development.

Technical Skills (By Category)

• Programming Languages:

  • Required: Java (SE 11 or later).
