We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our department. This role is critical to our success, as the Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing and directing multiple complex projects or large-scale programs, often with cross-functional and international teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management, with a strong focus on quality, process improvement, and delivery excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive project strategies, including precise scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
- Drive projects to successful completion, meeting timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Champion best practices in project management and SDLC processes, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
- Oversee post-go-live systems and processes, ensuring stability and seamless transition.
- Identify and manage inter-project dependencies, risks, and opportunities, ensuring a proactive approach to project management.
- 7–10 years of experience in project management, preferably managing complex technical or enterprise IT initiatives.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects or large-scale programs across cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, scheduling, risk management, resource management, financial tracking, delivery governance, and post-go-live support.
- Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence for workflow management, reporting, project tracking, and knowledge management.
- Experience with ServiceNow for project tracking, demand management, resource allocation, budget management, or ITSM-related processes.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in PMD/PDM, product data, master data management, enterprise applications, or related domains.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery models.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification.
- Experience working with external vendors, managed services, or global delivery teams.
- Knowledge of change management, release management, UAT coordination, and production readiness.
