The position
As our (Senior) IT System Manager, you will influence our current and future production facilities with robust IT solutions. You'll work independently and with diverse professionals to ensure resilient production facilities for various products like resins, enzymes, and packaging. Your responsibilities include maintaining compliant IT and OT documentation, leading projects, and collaborating with process, engineering, and manufacturing stakeholders to design and test automation solutions for our future facility.
Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Maintain the lifecycle, drive changes and support day-to-day operations through incident management.
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation for IT solutions, adhering to both internal and external requirements.
  • Address various documentation aspects, including risk assessments, requirement specifications, validation, and test documentation, as well as periodic reporting.
  • Play a pivotal role in projects, ensuring compliant IT setups, leveraging your current experience for effective implementation.
  • Be a partner to management in developing a robust manufacturing set up for the company.


Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position has:

  • Solid work experience with documentation of complex production systems and processes.
  • Good understanding of IT, network and data handling and a strong Quality/GMP mindset with knowledge of systematic problem-solving.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably within IT or related fields, or an engineering background with a technical flair and curiosity.
  • Knowledge about the ITIL framework.
  • Fluency in technical English.


The main system in the manufacturing area is SCADA System Platform from AVEVA (formerly known as Wonderware) and predominantly Siemens PLCs. Prior experience with System Platform is not required, though it will be considered a great advantage.
As a person, you should be able to handle multiple tasks, deliver high-quality documentation, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, primarily within production. Your technical skills and structured approach ensure adherence to quality standards, and you can work independently while being an excellent teammate. Additionally, you are open-minded and enjoy meeting new people as part of cross-functional teams participating in projects. You thrive in an environment where new challenges and focus can change quickly, always keeping the overall common goal in mind.
About the department
If you apply for the position, you will become part of Manufacturing and Supply Chain IT System Management team, working side by side with experienced colleagues from across the organization who know the processes and the opportunities for optimization.
The team consists of 9 employees with various educational backgrounds. The team solely focuses on IT System Management, so you will have a group of colleagues for sparring and collaboration. We are also supported by two additional IT teams - a support team and an operations team, which support with technical and compliance expertise.
