Currently, we are looking for a person ready to join our Internal IT team, based in Finland, and become a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist.
In this role, you will cooperate closely with the global IT team and other internal stakeholders to ensure the proper level of internal IT services.
Responsibilities include managing the Microsoft 365 environment, implementing security measures, administering Azure/Entra ID, supporting internal users, managing corporate infrastructure, and driving IT change initiatives.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, excellent knowledge of M365/Entra ID services, identity and access management, scripting skills, and familiarity with various operating systems and ITSM software.
Additional skills such as ITIL certification, experience with Google, Office 365, Okta and public cloud services are a plus.
Your daily responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with regulations
Manage operating system and application updates (MacOS and Windows) via Intune
Administer Azure/Entra ID including user accounts, groups, and Enterprise Application configuration (SSO, SAML, OIDC, MFA policies)
Other administrative tasks in Entra ID
Your role also includes:
- Supporting our internal users and our IT Support team in all IT related issues
- Managing the corporate infrastructure
- Managing user accounts in various SaaS services
- Testing and evaluating new SaaS services
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Drive IT to change initiatives within the organization, own specific areas of the IT landscape
- Developing existing IT services and driving their implementation
Your key skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Entra ID including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and lifecycle workflows.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and cross-tenant access settings.
- Experience with federated identity solutions, SSO, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) configurations.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation of identity-related tasks.
- Familiarity with hybrid identity setups, including Azure AD Connect and cloud sync.
- Solid grasp of security best practices in identity and access management (IAM).
- Fluent communication skills in English.
In addition, you should be comfortable working across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, and have experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
Skills we'd consider a plus:
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Office 365, Okta, and public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit readiness in identity systems.
