Senior IT Strategy & Enterprise Services Lead

We are seeking a Senior IT Strategy & Enterprise Services Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for a complex federal enterprise IT and cybersecurity environment. This position will support senior technology leadership and oversee initiatives spanning enterprise strategy, IT portfolio management, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, communications, and modernization. 

*This position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates must meet applicable U.S. Government security eligibility requirements. *

• Lead enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives across complex technical environments. 

• Develop and support enterprise IT strategies, technology roadmaps, and portfolio strategies. 

• Support enterprise architecture, cloud computing, data strategy, and modernization initiatives. 

• Lead teams supporting classified and unclassified network and infrastructure environments. 

• Manage enterprise IT portfolios, dependencies, governance activities, and resource priorities. 

• Support modern DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud migration, Infrastructure as Code, and data initiatives. 

• Conduct technical and data-driven analysis to support technology decisions. 

• Provide executive-level technical briefings to CIO/CISO-level stakeholders. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

• U.S. Citizenship. 

• Active Top Secret clearance required with SCI eligibility. 

• Active PMP certification. 
• Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Network Security, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems. 

• Minimum 1 year within the last 3 years leading/supervising teams across IT/cyberspace, cybersecurity, software engineering, and/or Data/AI. 

• Recent experience briefing CIO/CISO-level leadership on enterprise technology and cybersecurity activities. 

• Minimum 2 years within the last 7 years overseeing teams supporting cyber/operational directives. 

• Minimum 3 years within the last 10 years leading teams supporting comparable classified and unclassified network/infrastructure environments. 

• Minimum 3 years within the last 10 years working with LAN/WAN, firewalls, routing/switching, IPv6, VPN, cloud computing, virtualization, storage, and related IT/data systems. 

• Minimum 5 years within the last 7 years supporting unified communications/VTC across multiple classification levels. 

• Recent leadership experience with CI/CD, containerization, micro-segmentation, and Infrastructure as Code. 

• Experience leading legacy-system migration into multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud environments. 

• Experience leading teams developing data lakes and modern enterprise data strategies.  
• Travel will be required for role.

Salary Range: $105,000 to $183,000

The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
