Altamira is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. You’ll focus on filling senior, lead, and managerial roles, exclusively targeting English-speaking candidates.
We’re looking for a proactive, skilled recruiter with strong self-management abilities, a passion for engaging with new people, and a love for taking on challenges.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven IT recruitment experience
- 2+ years of experience filling senior, lead, and management positions (Solution Architecture/Management experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process and techniques
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency
- Proactive, highly self-organized, mature, and possessing a sense of humor to fit well within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, stakeholders, and Lead Engineers to understand position requirements
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous sourcing and communication
- Support the refinement of job requirements and postings
- Source candidates, conduct interviews, and pre-screen CVs
- Conduct HR and pre-screening interviews
- Perform reference checks
- Manage candidate data in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Provide recruitment reports to the Recruitment Manager
