Are you ready to lead projects that make a real impact? In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex IT initiatives that drive operational excellence and deliver measurable business value. From SAP implementations to cloud migrations and advanced analytics, you’ll be at the center of PPG’s digital transformation.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects like production performance reporting (OEE, machine efficiency), product quality analytics, and Power BI dashboards—helping us shape smarter, data-driven decisions.
What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring success from planning to execution.
- Define clear project goals and success criteria aligned with business strategy.
- Apply structured frameworks for scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Drive initiatives in manufacturing performance reporting and quality analytics, integrating with business systems and visualization tools (Power BI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, and Quality.
- Mentor junior project managers and share your expertise.
- Present updates and insights to senior stakeholders at an executive level.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- 7+ years of experience managing complex IT projects across multiple domains.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven success in SAP implementation, infrastructure projects, and server/application migration.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining top quality.
- Strong analytical mindset focused on delivering business value.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with manufacturing reporting (OEE, machine performance, quality metrics) and Power BI dashboard development.
