Senior IT Project Analysts are responsible for managing and implementing multiple IT infrastructure projects for a wide variety of clients, similar to systems engineers but with a focus on Microsoft Azure and 365 technologies. These projects can also include cloud, server, networking, storage, security and virtualization. This job also requires frequent learning of new technologies, software, and best practices. Additionally, continuous personal development outside regular business hours is necessary to succeed and advance in this position.

- History of successfully completing multiple major IT infrastructure projects (ideally in a consulting or managed services capacity)
- Windows Server 2012 and above deployment and migration experience (MCSE Certification ideal) specifically:
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- File and Print Services
- Remote Desktop Services
- VMware vSphere Virtualization deployment and migration experience
- Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 deployment and migration experience. · Network configuration experience including VLANs, spanning-tree and routing
- Advanced firewall/Intrusion detection configuration and management experience, preferably using Dell Sonicwall or Meraki (CSSA Certification).
- Familiarity with VOIP solutions, such as Ring Central.

- History of leading multiple IT infrastructure projects
- Frequent work outside normal business hours
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
- Certifications: Preference is given to well certified individuals.
- Experience: 4+ years experience working on IT infrastructure projects
- Education: Degrees are valued but not required. We prefer experience and certifications.
