Join our dynamic team as a Senior IT Program Manager, where you will lead and oversee critical IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in cybersecurity, IT systems, and agile methodologies, who can effectively manage multi-contractor teams and drive project success.
In this role you will:
- Facilitate collaboration across multi-contractor and staff teams to define project requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, and maintain secure and scalable IT systems and infrastructure.
- Champion DevSecOps best practices for efficient and high-quality project execution.
You might thrive in this role if you have the following skills:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience with cybersecurity, IT systems, and A&A processes.
- Experience with facilitation across multi-contractor and staff teams.
- Experience collaborating with project teams or multiple entities to define project requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Experience monitoring project progress, identifying roadblocks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in complex multi-network and security enclave environments.
You might excel in this role if also have the following skills:
- Experience with DevSecOps best practices for collaboration, efficiency, and quality.
- Experience with JIRA or another ticketing system for task tracking.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies for software development.
