- Experience: Proven experience in IT management of 5–10 years minimum, with demonstrated leadership in technical projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems, Sequencing and MES systems, network infrastructure, and Microsoft products.
- Certifications: Common certifications include PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL (IT Service Management), or relevant vendor certifications.
- Leadership: Excellent coaching, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or commensurate work experience.
