Senior IT Business Partner, SEA

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Engagement Lead to oversee technology management and drive digital transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role requires strong leadership in IT strategy, solution delivery, and stakeholder engagement, with strong familiarity in (1) S/4 Hana processes, (2) Sales and Returns processes in Thailand consignment sales models. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring IT services and solutions align with organizational goals. 

Key Responsibilities

Regional IT Leadership

• Lead IT operations, governance, and service delivery across Southeast Asia.
• Align IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Oversee IT budgets, resource allocation, and vendor management.

Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary IT liaison for regional business leaders.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions.
• Drive adoption of enterprise applications and digital initiatives.

Solutions & Transformation

• Lead the implementation and optimization of IT solutions, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.
• Champion innovation and emerging technologies to enhance business performance.
   

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure IT operations comply with corporate policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for IT service delivery and project success.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and develop IT professionals across the region.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in multinational organizations.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA configuration and management.
• Strong knowledge of Retail capabilities, IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies in Southeast Asia.
• Ability to lead complex projects and deliver results under tight timelines.
