Let's talk about the role
As our new IT Architect, you will contribute to all activities from technical concept definition to solution maintenance and operations oversight regarding configuration management on Windows 10 and 11. You will be part of ensuring that our +70.000 colleagues worldwide have a great user experience and are met in their needs enabling them to work seamlessly.
Main role responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the creation, implementation and maintenance of standardized configurations for Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and operational requirements of the organization
  • Ensuring that device configurations adhere to security standards, data protection regulations, and internal compliance requirements, and implementing measures to mitigate security risks associated with device configurations
  • Working closely with stakeholders across different business units to understand their requirements and translate them into effective device configuration once the line of business requests have been aligned with relevant teams within the IT Organisation
  • Collaborate with other product SME's and architects to ensure consistency across different infrastructure technologies such as it-security, network and identity management
  • Working closely with different vendors on ensuring full configuration and implementation of the decided standards


The skills we hope to see
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, with at least 7 years of experience in managing Windows 10+ based endpoints (SCCM, Intune)
  • Proficiency in Automation/Scripting, including PowerShell and Azure automations
  • Ability to understand requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into technical requirements and designs
  • Expertise in security, particularly knowledge of Windows 10/11 security features such as Windows Defender and Bitlocker
  • Knowledge of best practices and standards for endpoint management


The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and analytical skills, be open to feedback, and demonstrate the ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines. They should have a solution-oriented and curious mindset, a strong understanding of IT service management and technical aspects of services, and exhibit integrity and strong negotiation skills. Collaboration and seeking compromises with other senior architects, the Product Owner, and relevant IT areas such as IT Security are continuous expectations in the agile working setup. Fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English is a mandatory requirement for this position.
