Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, scalable iOS
applications using Swift.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following industry best
practices (e.g., SOLID principles, design patterns).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement
analysis, architecture design, implementation, testing, deployment, and
maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend, QA) to
translate user requirements into outstanding user experiences.
- Work closely with algorithm and backend teams to integrate complex business logic
and services.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results independently.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to other team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in iOS development.
- Strong proficiency in Swift.
- Deep understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, Core
Animation, and their best practices.
- Solid experience with architectural patterns such as MVC, MVVM, MVVM-C, TCA
and their practical applications.
- Strong knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and iOS design principles.
- Experience in unit testing, UI testing, and testing frameworks (e.g., XCTest).
- Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for building high-quality, user-centric applications.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning mindset.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot,
ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini) to improve productivity.
- Ability to review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code to meet coding
standards, security, and performance requirements.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SwiftUI and modern iOS UI frameworks.
- Knowledge of Reactive Programming (Combine, RxSwift).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience in performance optimization, App Store submission, and analytics.
- Understanding mobile security best practices and app hardening techniques.
- Experience in Android development
