Job Description- Financial Evaluation & Modeling: You are responsible for the financial evaluation and modeling of renewable energy projects (wind, solar, and Power-to-X) in their development phase across various countries.
- Sensitivity & Portfolio Analysis: You conduct sensitivity and portfolio analysis based on financial key drivers, while continuously refining financial models.
- Investment Decisions: You assist in preparing investment papers and support the standardization of investment decision-making processes and capital allocation criteria.
- Budget Management: You create, maintain, and validate budgets using financial and liquidity planning tools (currently C8 Cubeware).
- M&A & Project Finance: You lead project finance, cooperation and acquisition processes, including due diligence phases.
- You have a master’s degree in economics, business administration or a comparable qualification and have at least three years of professional experience, 6 years for the senior title - preferably in the energy, financing or M&A sector.
- You are familiar with valuation methods such as DCF and financing models, are comfortable with due diligence processes and project structuring, have a solid knowledge tax and company law as well as the mechanisms of the capital market.
- You are confident in using MS Excel, PowerPoint and common planning tools (ERP).
- You work in a structured, solution-orientated manner and communicate clearly - even with interdisciplinary teams.
- You are also fluent in French and English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
