Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Interface Manager (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to lead and manage interface coordination across complex projects, ensuring seamless integration between stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain the Master Interface Plan, Interface Register, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) to clearly define responsibilities and track interfaces.
- Act as the central coordination point for all project interfaces, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, contractors, and disciplines.
- Facilitate interface meetings and working groups to resolve conflicts and ensure effective collaboration.
- Manage technical integration and “handshakes” between systems, including software interfaces (APIs) and physical infrastructure boundaries.
- Monitor and ensure contractor compliance with interface requirements and agreed deliverables.
- Track interface risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of interface-related challenges across the project lifecycle.
- Support project controls activities by aligning interface management with scheduling, risk, and delivery plans.
- Prepare and present interface status reports to project leadership and stakeholders.
- Promote best practices in interface management and continuous improvement initiatives.
