Senior Integrations Engineer

🌐 Work hours: 7.30 – 16.30 EDT – Remote

• Building, maintaining, and deploying internal APIs to connect AI services with internal business applications.

• Designing automation pipelines using tools like Zapier, n8n, or custom Python integrations to streamline internal operations.

• Integrating platforms like Glean (MCP server), Agentspace, OpenAI, Perplexity, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and others into a cohesive AI infrastructure.

• Collaborating with non-technical stakeholders in teams such as HR, Finance, and Events to understand challenges and propose automated solutions.

• Partnering directly with a senior stakeholder to prioritize and deliver high-impact AI use cases across the organization.

• Suggesting and implementing scalable, low-maintenance integration strategies that align with long-term goals.

• Documenting workflows, use cases, and key technical decisions to ensure maintainability and clarity.

• Staying up to date on evolving LLM APIs, AI integration models, and automation tooling trends.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or systems integration.

• Strong Python development skills, with ability to build robust custom integrations.

• Proven experience with third-party APIs (OpenAI, Zapier, Google APIs, etc.).

• Comfort using automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, or equivalents.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Glean, Agentspace, OpenAI, or Perplexity at the integration level.

• Proactive and autonomous mindset, with the ability to own end-to-end delivery of solutions.

• Experience integrating with Google Workspace, Salesforce, or other enterprise SaaS platforms.

• Background working in agile teams (Scrum or similar).

• Knowledge of MCP server structures or multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
