Senior Integrated Product Support Planning and Management Specialist

The Boeing Company is seeking an Integrated Support Planning & Management Specialist to join the Vertical Lift Sustainment Team in Mesa, AZ. This position is for the Lead Logistics Integrator supporting Apache Integrated Product Support activities. This team member will provide the logistics planning and integration for the Poland Apache program.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Expert and Consultant Level Support Integration Specialist (Logistics Integration).
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Mesa, AZ facility.
Position Overview:
Oversees establishing advanced support requirements, costs, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans. Oversees development of cost estimates for multiple projects and research and development efforts. Identifies the need for new processes and consults on process development to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current. Leads presentations creation, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs. Reviews program and engineering change proposals and consults on the assessment of product support impact.

Position Responsibilities:

Executes elements of product support activities to include sustaining engineering; supply support; maintenance planning and management; packaging, handling, storage, and transportation; technical data; support equipment; training and training support; manpower and personnel; facilities and infrastructure; and computer resources.

Provides data development for integrated support subsystems

Leads the development of support program plans and schedules

Validates standard deliverables and supports trade studies and offset requirements for platform systems and subsystems

Research, documents, and provide technical solutions that support the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure

Develops product support solutions to challenging problems and of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
-
Bachelor's Degree or higher
-
3+ years’ experience with Product Support Elements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
-
5 years of working experience in Program Management/Product Support Elements.

Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts
-
Experience working with Boeing customer
-
Experience with AH-64E Apache platform
-
Experience with Depot facility requirements
-
Knowledge of aerospace systems

Technical education or work experience
Typical Education & Experience:
Expert (Level 4):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Consultant (Level 5):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range for Expert (Level 4): $107,950 - $146,050
Summary pay range for Consultant (Level 5): $132,600 - $179,400
