** EventMobi is a remote-first company and this is a fully remote position. This role is open to candidates based anywhere in Europe and requires flexibility in working hours to ensure some overlap with the North American Team.

This is a highly autonomous, senior individual contributor role for an experienced B2B SaaS marketer who thrives on ownership and high-quality execution, and is comfortable navigating changing priorities and experimentation to learn what works and what should be cut.

WHAT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON:

1. You Will Own DACH Marketing Strategy & Prioritization

You are accountable for defining, maintaining, and reporting on the DACH marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities and regional revenue goals. You translate EventMobi’s global positioning into a focused regional plan and partner closely with global Marketing leadership and regional Sales on prioritization and planning.

2. You Will Plan and Execute German-Language Content & Integrated Campaigns

You own the German-language content engine and lead integrated campaigns across the funnel. Your core areas of expertise are brand, communications, and content-led integrated marketing. You ensure messaging is localized beyond translation and resonates with DACH buyers. You partner with Demand Generation on paid strategy and campaign alignment, without owning day-to-day performance execution. You use AI to improve speed, quality, and iteration across content and campaign workflows.

3. You Will Lead Events Strategy in Europe

Events ranging from webinars and local breakfast series to third-party trade shows are a core pillar of EventMobi’s presence in the region. You own the entire journey, from budgeting and marketing to activation and reporting. You work closely with Sales to ensure events support regional visibility and pipeline creation.

4. You Will Manage External Agencies and Vendors

You lead and coordinate all external DACH marketing partners, including SEO/AEO content, translation/editing, and events and webinar support. You set clear briefs and priorities and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all external work.

5. You Will Measure Impact and Continuously Optimize

You focus on insight, learning, and continuous improvement across all regional programs. You monitor performance, communicate results clearly, and make recommendations on what to scale, refine, or cut.

SUPPORT & COLLABORATION:

You will be supported by a global marketing team and work closely with the following partners to execute and scale regional programs:

  • Marketing Operations Manager — support for HubSpot administration, reporting, workflows, and marketing systems
  • Product Marketing — collaboration on positioning, messaging, product launches, and sales enablement
  • Demand Generation — partnership on paid strategy, campaign alignment, and pipeline support
  • Content Support — access to content resources, including SEO/AEO content creator, video production and creative support, translation/editing support

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Native-level German speaker, with German as the primary working language for all marketing output (written and verbal)
  • Fully bilingual in English, with the ability to collaborate, plan, and present effectively with global stakeholders
  • 7+ years of progressive experience within B2B SaaS marketing, with increasing scope and responsibility over time, including ownership of regional or multi-channel marketing programs as part of a SaaS marketing team
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience owning marketing programs and managing external agencies and vendors, with accountability for planning, execution, and outcomes
  • Experience leading integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels (e.g., content, campaigns, events, paid media), with responsibility for prioritization and execution—not solely channel-specific or execution-only roles
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency with HubSpot is required, including campaign creation, workflows, automation, reporting, list management, and close collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations
  • Proven experience partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional global teams
  • Comfortable owning outcomes while working cross-functionally with global teams and external partners.

REMOTE WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You have a safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace and working environment - a private and quiet workspace is a vital requirement for doing your best work!
  • You have a reliable internet connection capable of participating in video calls, with at least 30Mbps download speed
