This project is a scalable, enterprise traffic and program software solution that enables network broadcasters to manage multiple stations, markets and groups from a single system.
We are seeking a solid hands-on, experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to assist in the modernization and operational support of shared Infrastructure across the company. This role is critical in helping manage core services like Active Directory, DNS, mail servers, FTP, and cloud administration, while driving Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) adoption using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Manage and maintain shared infrastructure systems such as AD, DNS, FTP, SMTP, domain controllers, monitoring tools and others.
- Support cloud administration activities (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including IAM, VPCs, backups, and policies.
- Develop and maintain automation for provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, Bash.
- Document existing infrastructure and contribute to a codified, version-controlled state.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to define best practices for access, patching, backup, and availability of shared services.
- Proactively monitor systems and respond to issues, alerts, and performance trends.
- Help improve system security posture and enforce compliance and audit standards.
- 8+ years of hands-on Infrastructure or Systems Engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, FTP.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
- CI/CD experience is a solid plus.
- Working knowledge of cloud administration (GCP/AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with infrastructure security principles, RBAC, and privileged access controls.
- Excellent scripting and automation skills (e.g PowerShell, Python).
- Strong documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with regulated environments or managing least-privilege access models is highly preferred.
- Background in audit/compliance or security hardening for shared systems is preferred.
- A strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Containerization and Serverless Technologies experience is nice-to-have.
