The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Information Technology Program Management Specialist to join the team in Seattle, WA or Everett, WA.
As a Senior Information Technology Program Management Specialist supporting Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) within the Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) division, you will play a key role in advancing data governance initiatives across the Enterprise and Artificial Intelligence (E&AI) team. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, and a driving alignment between IT, business units, and stakeholders to ensure effective program execution.

Position Responsibilities:
- Works cross functionally with Boeing Commercial Airplanes
- Develops and manages multiple, complex information technology (IT) project plans and deliverables
- Provides input to determine complex project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle
- Negotiates changes to project baselines
- Conducts design reviews
- Manages the incorporation of quality management systems for IT projects
- Monitors project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identifies and negotiates for necessary resources to meet project goals
- Develops and executes project communication plans
- Leads activities to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Identifies need for vendor-provided products and services
- Coordinates and oversees supplier activities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- 10+ years of experience leading or managing integrated technical projects or teams across multiple organizations
- 5+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
- 5+ years of experience working in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent technical field
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Program Management Institute (PMI) certification
- 5+ years of experience communicating with executive audiences
- 5+ years of experience collaborating internally across multiple organizations
- 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
- Experience leading a team either formally or informally, mentoring, and supporting team members
- Experience in Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management and Finance
- Experience with the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) goal-setting framework
