The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Information Technology Business Partner to join the team in Berkely, MO, or Hazelwood, MO.
A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position is a Program Team Lead and will focus on working directly with program engineers, senior leadership, and Information Technology (IT) Infrastructures teams to develop and implement IT solutions helping to meet their organizational goals. As a Team Lead will have support responsibility for one or more mid-level and/or junior peers.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Leads liaison activities between the business or function and IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure business objectives are met
  • Leads the education of the Business on IT service offerings
  • Collaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives, and represents the business or function within IT to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality
  • Leads development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders
  • Identifies risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments
  • Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function
  • Accounts for the dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit(s) or function(s)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience working in the Information Technology (IT) field
  • 5+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against to ensure high quality delivery
  • 5+ years of experience in project management to track implementations
  • 5+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership
  • 3+ years of experience with giving presentations and public speaking

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $148,750 - $201,250
