Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is seeking a driven (Senior) Influencer Marketing Associate to support the coordination and scaling of our global UGC (User Generated Content) program, with a primary focus on Western English-speaking markets. This role will oversee the recruitment, booking, and management of UGC creators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality video content to the Ads and Brand Marketing teams. The position reports to the Marketing Department and will work closely with the Growth Marketing and Influencer teams to deliver performance-oriented UGC campaigns that strengthen CASETiFY’s brand impact and support business growth.
Job Description
- Recruit, book, and manage UGC creators across English-speaking markets who align with CASETiFY’s brand and creative standards
- Coordinate campaign briefs, deadlines, and deliverables for an extensive roster of creators
- Act as the key liaison between creators and the Growth team, overseeing contracts, product fulfillment, payments, and content delivery
- Manage the workflow of UGC projects end-to-end, from creator onboarding to content approval and publishing
- Review and organize creator submissions to ensure brand alignment, quality, and compliance
- Deliver UGC content libraries to the Brand Marketing and Ads teams for testing and scaling
- Track performance of UGC content across channels, compile insights, and recommend optimizations based on engagement, conversions, and other KPIs
- Help design scalable workflows and processes to grow the UGC program efficiently
- Maintain organized records of creator relationships, content assets, and campaign results
Requirement
- 2+ years of experience in social media, influencer/UGC management, brand or growth marketing, or related areas.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred
- Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability in managing workflows
- Interest in social media/performance marketing and scalability with a growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
