About the Role

As a Senior Influencer Specialist, you will fulfill an important role within the influencer team as the main POC for potential new opportunities for new clients in EMEA from an end-to-end perspective. This role is an integrated influencer/thinker role - connecting execution to client objectives and wider social strategy. You will be the main liaison for Account Leads and Growth to receive and process any new local or regional opportunities coming from Monks or new clients. 

Responsibilities:
  • Integrate influencer strategies into clients' Social Media Strategies in collaboration with the agency's creative teams.
  • Manage client relationships and lead the commercial development of influence offerings.
  • Create strategic recommendations for clients based on custom activation concepts aligned with objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and stay abreast of the latest influence trends.
  • Show clear leadership competencies;
  • Review campaign performance and ensure that it achieves the set KPIs.
  • Ensure optimal communication within the project teams at all stages of the campaign.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements of internal processes and efficiencies across teams and project team members;
  • Contribute to the production of campaign assets and participate in on-set productions;
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Be responsible for the financial requirements of your running campaigns.
  • See growth opportunities on the accounts and support developing strategic proposals with the Growth team.
 About YouThe essentials:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in influence.
  • Strong proficiency in client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated curiosity for emerging communication trends in influence.
  • Creative mindset and excellent writing abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and high levels of accuracy;
  • Strong in driving operational excellence, and works most effectively;
  • Strong hands-on and can-do mentality, a personality who is able to work autonomously and within a team.
