Details Matter
- Perform, and train all guide responsibilities
- Point of Sale (RGP) proficiency
- Perform belay lessons and belay approval tests according to Climb standards
- Monitor and execute Climb's risk management procedures
- Mitigate and manage emergency situations calmly and professionally according to incident reporting process
- Curate and maintain high level of culture and community
- Oversee opening, general operation and closing of cash registers and RGP computer systems
- Delegate, and check cleanliness and upkeep of the facility
- Accurately sell, record, and oversee the sale of products and memberships
- Attentively and effectively field customer questions, comments and concerns
- Ensure and enforce customer compliance with rules and procedures
- Be well versed in gym promotions, memberships, specials, retail and policies
- Work any number of lock-ins and special events throughout the year
- Maintain a valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Weekend availability required
- Last minute shifts often available
