About the Role

As a Senior Implementation Specialist for Branded Apps at PushPress, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the successful delivery of Branded Apps. Working under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager, you will help coordinate project timelines, resources, and liaise with cross-functional teams. You will ensure that Branded Apps are delivered on time, within scope, and according to client specifications, all while maintaining the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Project Coordination: Manage the full project lifecycle for Branded App development, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Support the Senior Project Manager in maintaining project schedules, timelines, and resources
• Client Communication: Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, answering questions, and ensuring client expectations are met
• Timeline Tracking: Proactively monitor project progress to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met
• Task Management: Monitor tasks for cross-functional teams, including designers and developers
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet the established schedule and quality standards
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and well-structured project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports
• Provide regular updates to the Senior Project Manager on the status of each project with detailed insights and recommendations
• Risk & Issue Tracking: Assist in identifying and tracking project risks and issues
• Communicate any challenges to the Senior Project Manager and support the implementation of mitigation strategies
• Customization Support: Support the customization and configuration of Branded Apps to meet client requirements
• Ensure all branding is aligned with client expectations and adheres to industry best practices
• Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between internal teams, including design, mobile engineering, CX, marketing, product, and QA
• Ensure all team members are aligned and have the necessary tools and information to execute effectively

What You'll Need

• Must reside and be eligible to work in the Philippines.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the software development or technology industry.
• Experience in managing or supporting mobile app projects is a plus.
• Exposure to white-label app development or SaaS products is desirable but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for effective client and team interactions. 
• Experience using project management tools such as Notion and Linear is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating closely with a Senior Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of mobile app development processes.
• Familiarity with white-label app solutions is a plus.
• Ability to identify issues early and collaborate with the Senior Project Manager and relevant teams to find effective solutions
• Strong ability to work within a team environment, contribute ideas, and support team members to achieve project success.
