About You:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Analyst with deep syndicated loan expertise. You will work directly with our top-tier institutional clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process for onto our platform. We are seeking a well-rounded team player who will work on implementation and integration projects with clients and our Product team to continuously enhance and build our product offerings. You are an organized, multi-tasker whose product knowledge and interpersonal skills make for an efficient and successful implementation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, coordinate and execute scheduled platform implementations
- Ensure prompt and effective delivery of complex integration projects
- Communicate directly with clients, ensuring successful onboarding and implementation
- Develop expertise on the Versana products, integration and implementation processes
- Define requirements by conducting discovery, scope reviews, and process analysis
- Assist with problem resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation as needed
- Guide client expectations of product capabilities and project delivery milestones
- Conduct user trainings throughout the implementation process
- Provide client and internal partner communications and status updates
- Oversee multiple projects and client relationships while adhering to project deliverables
- Help prepare test plans and work with QA team to ensure quality product delivery
- Collaborate with client support team by answering questions, troubleshooting and escalating as necessary
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with all clients
Must have:
- 5-10+ years of experience in syndicated loans
- Hands-on software project implementation experience with a track record of successful execution and client delivery
- Solid experience with process and project management
- Flexibility and commitment required to thrive in a team oriented, start-up environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with Loan IQ, ACBS
- Experience with commercial loan servicing products
- Buy-side firm experience
