We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior IFRS Manager to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the preparation of financial statements under IFRS and coordinate with external auditors, addressing audit queries and ensuring timely audit completion.
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial regulations, establishing and maintaining Group accounting policies.
- Manager the team of 2 IFRS analysts
- Lead and manage the Financial Reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery of monthly closing in NetSuite
- Oversee the optimisation of financial processes in NetSuite
What We Are Looking For:
- ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in managing small teams
- Demonstrated experience in building and optimising financial reporting processes from the ground up is a strong advantage.
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of leading audit processes and interacting with external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work across departments and manage competing priorities.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite is a plus
