As a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer II, you will lead, scale, and design IAM solutions across our organization. Your expertise will protect our digital assets and enhance our security posture.
What You Will Do
- Own, Design & Implement: Develop and implement enterprise-level Access Control, Provisioning, and SSO solutions. Ensure that users have the right level of access for the right time and nothing else.
- IAM Management: Leading, innovating, and architecting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program (including baselining), ensuring it evolves with our team and systems.
- Access Control: Configure and manage access permissions and roles, including provisioning, modification, time-based access, and de-provisioning - balancing automation, scale and security.
- Collaboration: Partner with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to integrate and operate IAM protocols seamlessly across Moveworks.
- Security Posture: Strengthen our security posture through robust IAM practices.
- Process Optimization: Optimize internal processes to enable technical teams to focus on their core responsibilities without access-related hindrances.
- Policy Development: Create and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Incident Response: Manage IAM-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations. Integrate logging to our SIEM.
What You Bring to the Table
- US Citizenship
- Experience: 5+ years of experience with identity and access management technologies, including single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) and familiarity with AWS IAM, Kubernetes, Okta, Terraform, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, FIDO2, and/or Azure Entra ID.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to build long-lasting relationships with various technical teams.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cybersecurity projects and coordinating with other technical teams.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.
- Educational Background: BS+ in computer science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Base Salary Compensation Range: $212,000-255,000
*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
