Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will design, develop, test, and/or maintain moderately complex hardware, technology, and/or processes.

The Senior IAM PingDirectory Engineer role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Determine customer needs and create solution frameworks.
• Design and develop moderately complex technical solutions.
• Use a process-driven approach in designing solutions.
• May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing technical solutions.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences

• 2 years

Skills

• Product Testing including testing and evaluating software, usability testing, UAT, and using relevant product testing technology
• Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance, functional, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information
• Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
• Experience in using and maintaining password management software such as Ping Identity
• Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
• Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
• Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
• Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes

Desired Experiences

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Heavy emphasis on PingDirectory (Linux Deployment, Upgrade, Security patches, Performance tuning, Schema, Data exports and imports, Replication, ACL, Password policies)

• Also familiarity with SSO protocols like SAML, OIDC etc

  Knowledge of AWS cloud environmentPingFederate
• Skilled in LDAP protocol
• Python
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings, development, and networking platforms
• SCIM

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
