Job Overview
The Senior Human Resources (HR) Operations Specialist will have both strategic and tactical responsibilities. The role will partner with the Human Resources team and stakeholders across the company in the areas of payroll, compensation and benefits administration, immigration support, vendor management and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) reporting.
Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with payroll for the timely and accurate administration of company payroll for all employees
  • Provide administrative and payroll support for Expat associates
  • Partner with finance to reconcile and journal semi-monthly payrolls and balance payroll accounts by resolving discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws, and monitoring proposed legislation changes
  • Support with Non Discrimination Testing, 5500 Audits and Internal Audits
  • Coordinate process with internal stakeholders and outside counsel throughout the immigration process
  • Support reporting analysis for the Supplemental Executive Compensation Plan
  • Reporting in company systems by providing monthly headcount, turnover and other reporting
  • Facilitate reporting for EEOC, Census Data, Global, and other ad hoc requests
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions as they relate to HR Administration, payroll and benefits
  • Own data administration for all employee life-cycle events into various HRIS
  • Act as strong HR team member to support various HR initiatives as needed
  • Support end of year annual compensation process master spreadsheets and conducting analysis
  • Serve as the point-person for data requests


Role Requirements

  • 5+ HR operations experience, including ADP payroll, compensation process and immigration
  • College graduate Preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Sense of urgency and commitment to high level of customer service
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • CPP or HR Certification a plus
