- Ethos-Driven Hiring: Deeply understand Openmesh's ethos, values, and goals. Translate this understanding into the recruitment process to attract individuals who resonate with and contribute to the organization's mission.
- Holistic Candidate Assessment: Implement a rigorous yet inclusive candidate assessment process that evaluates technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Openmesh's decentralized philosophy.
- Cultural Alignment: Champion a collaborative and inclusive work culture that aligns with Openmesh's principles. Build bridges between departments, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and shared objectives.

Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in technical talent acquisition, ideally within blockchain, decentralized technology, or related industries.

- Strong networking abilities and a track record of successful talent spotting and attraction.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate Openmesh's vision effectively.
