Boeing's Defense, Space and Security Division (BDS) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking an Experienced Human Resources Generalist to join the HR team in Oklahoma City, OK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive team aimed at shaping the future of HR at Boeing and drive business value for Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B).
We are looking for an experienced generalist who will serve as the prime point of contact for our Bombers Leadership team and for teammates in the Bombers CERP (Commercial Re-engine Program) IPT (Integrated Product Team). This position is ideal for someone who has business-facing HR experience, particularly in Engineering, Tech, Program/Project Management, Production, and other business functions with a salaried workforce. As a key member of the HR Team, you will gain a strong understanding of the business imperatives of MS&B organization to unleash the power of our talent across the organization. Experience supporting cross functional teams and promoting a collaborative culture is a key part of this role's success.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide visible, on the floor HR presence where our employees work to enable real-time engagement and solutions in cross-functional teams.
  • Provide consultation and coaching to the Bombers Leadership Team and IPT on HR practices and processes
  • Partner with business leaders, ethics and/or corporate investigations to resolve workplace concerns, support the development and delivery of corrective actions, performance improvement and development plans
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Bombers leadership teams and IPT to deliver integrated HR initiatives and solutions
  • Partner across broader HR team and with Labor Relations partners to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support to the business
  • Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
  • Utilize conflict resolution techniques and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
  • Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
  • Develop and monitor IPT and Production-level Workforce Plans in partnership with Program HR.
  • Partner with Division Homeroom HRBP to build talent pipeline.
  • Translate division people strategy and program talent strategy to IPT Team level
  • Provide critical HR support to IPT and Production executives, managers and employees: employee relations, manage conflict, ECA, PIP, training, engagement

  • This role requires a consistent on-site availability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects
  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • 5+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Human Resources certification(s)
  • 3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
  • Experience problem-solving, analyzing data and utilizing various HR tools and systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Summary Pay Range: $110,500 - $149,500
