As a Senior HSE Manager - Digital Processes here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs across multiple locations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
You will report directly to our Senior Director of HSE Process Excellence and you’ll work on a Hybrid work schedule anywhere within the US.
Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the global HSE function and partner with Information Technology stakeholders to develop and deploy Honeywell’s HSE digitization and information management strategies.
- Deploy processes to continually improve HSE digital solutions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global HSE strategies.
- Manage EHS digitization projects including maintaining project timeframes, meeting objectives, and facilitating and delivering effective communications.
- Partner with workstream owners and stakeholders to develop project milestones and reporting requirements.
- Evaluate, improve and maintain HSE digital tools and solutions controls framework including defined policies and procedures, completeness and accuracy, IT general controls, controls over third-party content and data, and controls around reporting.
- Support strategic plans and key process improvements to continuously improve digitization across the HSE function.
- Maintain an effective management operating system to ensure the HSE digital tools and solutions are maintained and continuously meet the needs of users to drive performance.
- Support the US /Canada regional HSE governance team including performing and leading corporate HSE Governance Audits and other governance activities
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of working knowledge of environmental, health and safety, sustainability, corporate governance or other related areas
- Experience managing and/or deploying digital solutions or analytic tools
- Experience in project management or related business management areas
- Strong project management and data analysis skills
- Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Lean or Six Sigma experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability to change
