As a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst Lead, you will craft and implement HCM solutions within Workday. The role will require the partnership with partners across our P&C team, understand business needs, define requirements in support of the manager, P&C COE, and business partner experience, and architect, configure, support, and maintain solutions to achieve desired business objectives.
What You’ll Do
Primary lead in the HCM module to include standard processes for the system architecture from concept through requirements, design, configuration, test, deploy and maintain.
Offer expertise in Workday HCM and collaborate with team members to grasp challenges, prioritize requirements, and find opportunities for improving processes and boosting efficiency through Workday functionalities.
Review the Workday new product releases, identify features and functionality to embrace, and coordinate the planning and execution, and testing of those delivered features. Identify business-critical Workday new features released (R1 & R2 releases) and demo to our partners.
Understand the full P&C technology landscape, including how third-party point solutions are applied and integrated within Workday.
Develop partnerships with our P&C organization team members and guide how to best leverage and apply Workday.
Optimize, standardize, and automate the Workday across a global environment.
Assess current setup, configuration, systems, utilization, and identify and recommend improvements.
Develop training to help end users with the adoption and usage of Workday.
Recommend and configure enhancements to improve the value and efficiency of the Workday HCM and analytics module and provide an end-to-end solution and design details.
Own the development of Workday reporting and analytics, including build, configuration, integration, data conversion, security, testing, reporting, post-production support, and process improvement activities.
Partner with other Workday SMEs to leverage knowledge, solutions, and best practices to ensure a holistic best-practice approach.
Accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projects as related to areas of expertise.
Mentor and guide more junior colleagues for their roles in configuration and testing
Provide excellent customer service in response to P&C inquiries and resolve inquiries accurately and timely.
Apply ServiceNow, our case tool, for collecting all requests and project tracking.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business, or related field
4+ years of professional experience in Workday HCM and reporting required, acting as a solution architect to provide solutions and lead full life-cycle implementations.
Workday Pro certified with advanced proficiency in Workday HCM and reporting preferred.
Experience and knowledge of other Workday modules preferred (such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to troubleshoot technical issues.
Experience developing and delivering training programs.
Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
A dedication to outstanding customer care, adaptable and flexible.
Ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently, delivering high-quality work in a fast paced, changing work environment.
Ability to follow handling sensitive and confidential employee data.
Works under general direction; must be able to work independently.
