Are you an expert in developing and implementing HRIS strategies? In this role as a Senior HRIS Process Owner for HR Systems you must be able to analyze regional and local process complexity and translate it into operational optimization leveraging the Workday technology. Striving for process automation and compliance (GDPR, UK GDPR, ITIL, CPRA, CCPA) is a key expectation of the role. The Senior HRIS Process Owner for HR Systems is responsible for overseeing the integration, configuration, and management of HR systems within the organization. This role exists to ensure efficient operation and continuous improvement of HR processes through data-driven insights and technology optimization.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Develops and implements HRIS strategies to enhance system functionality and user experience including the mandatory and selective system updates pushed by Workday
- Manages HR systems projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards within the ITIL framework
- Analyzes HR data to identify trends and areas for process improvement
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize HR systems to fit organizational needs. The stakeholders include COEs, local HR operations, legal department, IT and Fujifilm Europe.
- Provides training and support to HR team members and system users on HRIS functionalities and maintains relevant documentation up to date
- Ensures that our HRIS operates with a data accuracy and compliance framework as defined with internal policies and external regulations
- All other duties as assigned
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Master’s degree Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, Process, optimization or a related field.
- LEAN SIX Sigma
- 10 years of experience with HRIS ( HR and IT systems) process and system design
- 5+ years of experience in process design and optimization across multiple geographies
- Thorough understanding of HR data models and how they are impacting other downstream systems
- Able to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions – but with a global mind-set.
- Ability to handle stakeholders in multiple business areas within IT, HR and the countries
- Possess solid and in-depth insights into the use of HR data platforms and tools.
- 5+ years of experience in process optimization within Shared Services environment
- Ability to think and design processes end to end ensuring efficiency and good user experience

You have strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices, particularly in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and complemented by advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities. You excel in working both independently and collaboratively within global teams, demonstrating advanced attention to detail and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. You are adaptable and resilient, and maintain a focus on achieving results under pressure.
