The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior HR Strategy Consultant who possesses the depth of a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Director and the agility of a seasoned consultant. This is a hands-on, tactical, and strategic delivery role designed for a professional who thrives on variety. You will be the boots on the ground partner for our clients, translating high-level business goals into seamless HR execution.
Your Day-to-Day Impact Includes

  • Translating business objectives into people priorities and leading high-level discussions with client leadership.
  • Managing the full HR lifecycle, from building performance management cycles and facilitating training to performing turnover data analysis and conducting recruiting screens.
  • Reviewing and updating employee resource manuals, creating modern policies, and managing complex employee relations, and more.
  • Partnering with in-house subject matter experts to implement bespoke organizational strategies that fuel growth and retention.

Experience and Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience required, experience as a Senior Manager or higher within a consulting organization or an in-house HR team highly preferred.
  • While we don’t expect "craft expertise" in every area of HR, you should have a strong command of the generalist landscape. Being able to comfortably handle client requests in at least 50% of the pick list below is required:

  • Prior consulting experience is highly preferred. You must be comfortable with an ever-changing schedule and a diverse client base.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • This is a full-time role that requires intuition and flexibility for up to 30% travel. You know when a face-to-face moment is what is needed to drive a project home.

Additional Information
Compensation: $105,000 – $120,000 base salary, commensurate with experience and domain expertise, plus eligibility for bonus incentives.
