We’re looking for an HR Systems & Reporting specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in optimizing our HR systems and leveraging HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The specialist will be responsible for HR process optimisation, HRIS management, HR data governance and identifying trends to drive HR initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness. This role will be a 6 months contract.
About The Job :
HRIS Management & Optimization:
- Serve as the HRIS system administrator focusing on system configuration, maintenance, and overall system health
- Lead efforts to optimize HRIS modules and functionalities to enhance user experience, automate processes, and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system improvements
- Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations with other enterprise tools
Data & Reporting:
- Conduct regular data audits as required and ensure data is maintained as per data regulatory requirements
- Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data across all systems
- Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and dashboards using various HRIS tools and business intelligence platforms
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify HR trends and translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations for HR and business stakeholders
About You :
- 2 - 4 years of experience working in an HRIS role
- Demonstrated expertise in administering and optimizing enterprise-level HRIS platforms
- Prior experience with Darwinbox system migration and configuration
- Prior experience with RDBMS and API integrations will be considered an advantage
- Experience with Project Management tools and documentation (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.)
- Experience with creating reports and dashboards using HRIS Tools or other business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Python, etc)
- Strong business process orientation and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in teams and independently
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Written & Verbal)
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
