What you will do:
- Scale the HR Infrastructure: Oversee and globalize our core process landscape, including payroll and compensation structures, to ensure a seamless setup across all group companies.
- Architect Smart Workflows: Identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions using no-code tools (e.g., Google Studio and Zapier) to prioritize high-level strategy over manual administration.
- Lead Tech Selection & Rollout: Act as a "detective" to research, vet, and implement new HR tools, managing the process from initial due diligence to final team training.
- Drive Strategic Projects: Own end-to-end initiatives, such as establishing global salary bands and ensuring compliance with international transparency regulations.
- Enable Team Success: Support the broader HR team during peak periods with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to solve ad-hoc challenges as they arise.
Who you are:
- Education & Foundation: University degree in Business Administration, HR, or a comparable analytical field (e.g., Business Informatics).
- Scale-up Experience: Mid-level professional (3 to 5+ years) with a proven track record of measurably improving HR process efficiency within a fast-paced, international environment.
- Broad HR Knowledge: Strong "breadth over depth" understanding of the entire employee lifecycle, including HRIS, global payroll structures, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Automation Architect: A "systems-first" thinker obsessed with replacing manual effort with scalable solutions using AI and no-code tools to drive data accuracy.
- Holistic Project Mastery: Experience leading end-to-end initiatives, recognizing that true success requires the right tool combined with clear documentation and effective change communication.
- Analytical & Pragmatic: Highly solution-oriented with the ability to simplify complex technical setups for stakeholders across different departments.
- Language: Professional fluency in English (C1 level) is required to navigate our global landscape.
