The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role involves analyzing HR data, generating reports, and ensuring the system's optimal performance to support HR operations and strategic initiatives. Position sits in People Insights team and the most important stakeholders are HR CoEs, HRBPs, HRIT.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including system updates, data integrity, and security
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide accurate and timely information and to address the HR data inconsistencies to stakeholders (including advanced Workday PRISM functionality)
- Maintain awareness of current IT projects across PPG and planned HR technology projects.
- Collaborate with HRIS vendors to resolve issues and optimize system performance
- Translate business requirements into software, communications, and equipment requirements for application development
- Proficiency and strong understanding with following WD technology: WD HCM, EIBs, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Discovery Boards
- 4+ years of HCM / in HRIS administration or a similar role
- High proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SNOW, UKG Kronos – advantage) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience in managing HRIS projects and initiatives
