SEKISUI Diagnostics is seeking a Sr HR Business Partner with experience supporting all areas of HR including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, development, employee relations and other related projects as needed.
About you: You are a hands-on HR Business Partner who partners effectively with senior leaders and global HR colleagues to drive business initiatives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support a consistent employee experience across sites. You bring experience advising on organization design, workforce planning, learning and development, succession planning, employee relations, and performance management. You are skilled at managing complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and knowledge of employment legislation. You are committed to improving employee engagement, morale, retention, and company culture through timely communication, strong working relationships, and development opportunities for key talent.

This is a fully onsite role based in our San Diego, CA office. Following a successful 90-day onboarding and training period, employees will become eligible for a hybrid schedule, which includes the benefit of up to 1 day of remote work per week.
SEKISUI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package
The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000-$115,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
