What you’ll get to do
The HR Business Partner ensures that departmental goals and initiatives are closely aligned with overall business objectives, driving cohesive and sustainable growth. In this role, you will support our Go-To-Market and Marketing teams in a fast-moving environment, acting as a trusted partner to leaders by staying close to the business, understanding evolving needs, and translating them into impactful people initiatives.
AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Partner with our business leaders to translate strategy into impactful people initiatives.
- Drive the full HR cycle (e.g. workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and engagement) for your business areas.
- Lead and support organisational development and change initiatives.
- Guide leaders on performance, talent, and succession decisions.
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to managers on leadership and team-related topics.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefit, etc) to deliver and continuously improve HR programs.
- Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and drive meaningful actions.
WHO YOU ARE
- You bring 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role
- You have strong expertise in talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organisational development
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and scaling environment
- You combine business acumen with a data-driven mindset, using insights to guide decisions
- You are a trusted advisor who can influence stakeholders at different levels and challenge constructively
- You work independently with high ownership, while collaborating effectively across teams and HR Centres of Excellence
- You are fluent in English (German is a plus)

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position in Austria is minimum EUR 56.000,-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
